Perched high above the hills of the Alto Monferrato region near Alessandria, with spectacular views over the Erro Valley, this seven-hectare estate is an extraordinary example of the restoration of Piedmontese rural architecture: a 15th-century farmhouse transformed with great historical accuracy into a prestigious villa, flanked by two annexes built with local materials in perfect harmony with the surroundings, set within a ten-hectare park comprising a Mediterranean garden with olive trees, oleanders and jasmine, a productive vineyard and a private woodland.
