Dream Complex With Vineyard In Pantelleria

Situated on the most picturesque side of Pantelleria, in a location with extraordinary panoramic views, this estate of traditional buildings offers a sea view spanning over 200 degrees, taking in the most spectacular sunsets the island has to offer; on the clearest days, the coast of Tunisia can even be glimpsed.

The complex comprises seven carefully restored lava-stone dammusi, arranged around a small private square that serves as the heart of the estate, with a total gross floor area of approximately 510 sqm, of which 330 sqm are habitable interior space and around 180 sqm are covered terraces, plus 75 sqm dedicated to cellars and service areas.

The property features five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a professional kitchen, a private chapel, a thirteen-metre swimming pool facing the sea, a fully productive Zibibbo vineyard with a wine cellar and the support of a professional oenologist. The property is fully furnished, featuring a selection of lamps and vintage pieces from the 1960s and 1970s that create a rare aesthetic coherence. The private chapel is one of the estate’s rarest and most distinctive features, a place of silence and contemplation at the heart of the complex. The private courtyard around which the dammusi are arranged serves as the communal hub, acting as the social heart of the estate as a point where spaces intersect and meet.

The outdoor built-in kitchen is fully equipped with a designer table, a one-metre stainless steel gas barbecue and a wood-fired oven; it is the estate’s ultimate social space, designed for convivial gatherings amidst an unrivalled landscape. The relaxation area, in the shade of an almond tree, is equipped with an outdoor shower and bordered by fig and lemon trees dotting the garden, while the five-metre footbath near the square completes an outdoor space conceived and created to be enjoyed to the full. The thirteen-metre swimming pool, facing the sea and the vineyards, offers one of the most spectacular views of the entire complex.

The bush-trained Zibibbo vineyard, a variety recognised by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site for its cultivation system, is in full swing with a yield of between 400 and 600 kg, managed by professionals. The winery enables the small-scale production of Passito DOC, complementing the estate’s agricultural and cultural heritage. Two large underground storage areas and two technical rooms for the plant systems complete the structure.
