This residence, designed by Leonardo Ricci - master of existentialist architecture - is a masterpiece of design thanks to its privileged location, which in the 1960s also represented an unprecedented engineering challenge.

Its architecture, conceived as an organism born from the rock, is a hymn to spatial dynamism. The building, with its bold volumes, reflects Ricci's rejection of rigid, pre-established forms, developing across staggered floors that project the rooms towards the horizon, creating a constant visual continuity between interior and exterior.
