In fact, the rooms of the villa, on the two upper floors which each measure 300 square meters, were designed as exhibition rooms. The floors of the whole house, the rooms and the bathrooms offer precious marble of all kinds and types of extraordinary stones, assembled in a workmanlike manner. The entrance and hall on the first floor are paved with Arabescato del Corchia marble, laid in mirrored slabs. The living room, the dining room and the master bathroom feature the renowned Calacatta marble also laid in mirrored slabs. The stairs and the kitchen were instead designed to bring out the beautiful Carrara Statuario marble, extracted right in the nearby province of Massa and Carrara.

All marbles are obtained from dedicated blocks and laid like a book or mirrored: these are extraordinary precious materials, both in terms of type, size and installation.

The exteriors are paved in Pietra Rosa di Verona, a limestone that reveals the fossils from which it is made when it rains. The sculptures come from a single block of the now unobtainable Carrara White P, a marble that was distributed between the artists Viliano Tarabella and Philippe Delenseigne. The fossil crusts both outside and inside with ammonites are of Moroccan and Tunisian origin.
