These different morphologies contribute to a unique combination of terroir. The predominant variety is Sangiovese, flanked by varieties such as Merlot, Sauvignon, Syrah, Cabernet, Cabernet Franc, Canaiolo, Montepulciano, Vermentino, Chardonnay and Trebbiano.

Within the estate, there are also 20 hectares of olive groves, with no less than 4000 trees dedicated to the production of Montalbano IGP extra virgin olive oil. The main varieties include Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccino and Mignola, some of which boast centuries of history.
